RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

E.ON IS Romania is currently looking to fill a new position of Commercial Representative. This position reports to the Commercial Manager. Our colleague should perform:

• participates in the completion of commercial documents
• draws up and edits(updates) offers and contracts for customers
• collects the paperwork necessary in keeping contractual relations with the clients and registers
commercial documents for contracts spreading over longer periods of time
• helps in processing and updating business statistics
• secures the company’s commercial representation at specific events – congresses, seminars, conferences
• carries out permanent updating of products strategies
• tracking payment for suppliers
• draws up & edits orders to suppliers
• keep records on updates information regarding contact information, orders, offers, contracts, etc.
• works together with the commercial department for the coordination of all activities(Contracts, offers, invoices) and oversees the compliance with company strategy
