Branch Manager

• Financial services background required (2+ years in banking, insurance, etc)
• Strong sales leadership skills
• Excellent people skills / ability to build up and motivate sales personnel
• Outstanding facilitation and presentation skills
• High-level of energy and a can-do attitude
• University degree

• Successfully launches and coordinates a retail loan shop (mortgage loans, other consumer loans)
• Leads the local sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets and growth objectives
• Builds and develops a local network of business partners (brokers, agents, etc)
• Organizes and supervises all the sales and operational activities performed in the loan shop
• Ensures high customer service standards are achieved and maintained
• Implements local marketing programs
• Ensures all sales activities are compliant with external regulations and GE Money guidelines
