Finance Manager

Education:
University degree in Economics

Professional experience:

At least 5 years experience in Economical & Financial Management for a production company
Relevant experience in accounting, cost analyses and international reporting packages
Excellent handling of MS office applications (Word/Excel/Power Point)
Fluently spoken and written English
Working experience into international company
SAP or similar soft – ware knowledge could be an advantage
Accounting certification would be of additional advantage

Goal oriented, good in executing and able to follow deadlines
Able to troubleshoot and to work under pressure
Loyalty for the company interests

Scope:

Finance Department management
Provide the financial strategy for the Organization in Romania, profitability and the continuous development
Provide the legal conditions for the financial and economical activities
Represent the Organization in relation with local authorities, related with financial field

Site Manager Romania
Finance Management of the Group

Finance Controller

Responsibilities and Tasks:

Organizes and co-ordinate the accounting and finance department
Establishes controlling and budgeting procedures
Implements accurate reporting systems to the local management and HQ.
Coordinates the finance reports (yearly, quarterly, monthly reports), profit & lost reports, cash flow reports, other reports for the finance authorities from Romania
Performs and provide the month-end and year-end reports based on local and Group requirements to the Organization in Romania, Romanian Finance Institutions and HQ.
Delivers the key figures or reports to headquarter and Site Manager whenever necessary
Manages the reconciliation between the Romanian financial system and Group standards
Manages the activities of financial, accounting and controlling departments
Represents the Organization in relation with assurance companies
Manages periodical activities regarding the inventory processes
Makes and implements the financial politics procedures relating with the Group’s laws
Managse the activities regarding the VAT documents for the Organization in Romania and fiscal representative HQ
Decisional factor for the level costs control of products
Supervises the company budget and is responsible for corrective actions in case of forecasted budget deviations
Acts as in interface between local accounting department and external auditors (year-end audit, fiscal controls)
Performs cost analyses and international reporting packages in line with IFRS
