Analist Programator (Senior Developer)

Job Description:
We are looking for Senior Developer / Analyst.

Specific tasks include but are not limited to:
• responsible for program design & documentation
• coordination with project team members, developers, operations personnel, database admins, consultants & vendors
• Implement and document testing best practice
• ensure total quality control of DCI software products
• Work closely with analyst and project management

Qualifications required:
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to create required development documentation (i.e. specs and use cases).
• excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and customer service skills
• Experienced SQL, TSQL and .NET developer
• Experienced in system analysis and specification
• Experienced in a formal project management methodology
• Windows NT/2000/XP O/S
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high volume, deadline-driven environment, ability to understand customer needs and manage expectations, excellent negotiation and organizational skills with ability to orchestrate change through influence

Desirable Qualifications:
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience (5+ years)
• MCP or MCDBA or similar certification
• Experience with/knowledge of Microsoft .Net technologies

Person specification:
The candidate should be:
• Self-motivated
• Able to work on his/her own initiative and be able to work on a team.
• Interaction with clients, customers and engineers, requires that the candidate be a good communicator in both verbal and the written word.
• German language considered a plus value
