RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Alerts client to new or improved products/services;
-Relays client feedback to product management staff;
-Manages and develops client portfolio;
-Maintains and develops business relationships with clients
-Contacts and visits prospective customers to determine needs;
-Maintains sales records and prepares sales reports as required;
-Maintains regular contact with customers to ensure satisfaction;
-Remains knowledgeable of company's products/services to facilitate sales efforts;
-Assists management in devising direct sales plans and strategies;
-Determines ways to differentiate from competitors;
-Works with management to identify up sell opportunities
-Maintains a regular schedule of contact via phone/on-site visits;
-Performs sales activities for an assigned geographic area or product/service line to achieve or exceed assigned revenue objectives;
-Resolves post-sales customer problems and collaborates with other departments, as necessary, to expedite the resolution of problems;
-Monitors and reports on market and competitor activities and provides relevant reports and information;
