CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years in a similar position, shall be member of a teamwork, therefore needs to be able to get on well with people.
Knowledge of stock control is important as is the ability to work under minimum supervision.
Candidates must be able to speak English and Georgian /Russian is highly recommended.
Ref Certificates they must possess Basic Catering skills certificate, basic food hygiene certificate, fit to handle food certificate.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The position requires two experienced cooks mid 30’s possibly, whose main duties shall be :
Preparation and cooking of International recipes
Hygienic control of preparation areas and storage facilities
Stock; storage, rotation and some food/product ordering. Good portion control awareness, Menu creation and supervisory skills
Good knowledge af all catering skills required with as much variety as possible.
Position is available asap and we can offer a salary of USD 1200,00 ( ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED PER MONTH ) PLUS 50 USD Hardship Allowance.
In addition to the above company will provide meals/accommodation.
