CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Minimum 1 year of experience with J2EE technologies
Good overall OO/Java skills
Technical background and ability to learn new technologies
Fluent English
Knowledge of JDBC, XML, RMI, Servlet, UML, Aplication servers, web standards
Experience working with Eclipse
Practical knowledge of refactoring and eXtreme programming disciplines
Practical development experience, such as the use of version control systems |
