EC ANALYZER

• Experience with technical documentation, drawings
• Ability to prioritize and problem solve a variety of tasks to ensure their timely and accurate completion
• Knowledge of computer applications and the ability to learn and use multiple applications specific to this department including the ERP and office systems
• English – in word and in writing as well (medium level)
• High level teamwork player, resistant to stress/critical situations
• Knowledge of supply chain management processes.
• Basic knowledge of production planning fundamentals, scheduling, materials requirements planning techniques and
manufacturing control systems (MRP planning)

• Check and verify data from Matrix vs.data from Engineering Change once the Engineering Change Order is created
• Transfer data from Matrix to production system (SAP bridge).
• Setting up production system (SAP) parameters in order to achieve correct planning
• Request Approved Vendor List / Quality specification for new components and follow-up until closure
• Create Sourcing Request for new components and follow-up until closure
• Closely monitoring open purchase orders, inventory and new parts availability for setting up break-in-point after each cycle demand load.
• Update and maintenance of the Engineering Change tracker.
• Weekly calls with customer to discuss open Engineering Change's, break-in-point's status, component qualification and various topics.
• Setup routings and component allocations in production system (SAP)
• Analyses and update on surplus, excess, obsolete
