| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- University degree;
- Experience in a similar position at least 2 years:
transport company, custom office, INTRASTAT statements…
- PC operating skills (MsOffice), Excel in an advanced level;
- Imperative: French or English advanced level
- Sociable person, resourceful, well-organized
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
1- Responsible for collecting, processing and following the orders of different shops
•Communicate with stores to determine the necessary quantities of alimentary and non-alimentary products to import;
•Centralize and draw commands in order to send them to the foreign suppliers;
•Estimate acquisition prices depending on the cost of transport and exchange rate;
•Follow the payment of invoices from the suppliers;
•Draw up files for the new products, translate labels in Romanian;
2- Responsible for processing and following the goods transport
•Contact different transport companies, request simulations (regarding distances between shops) and corresponding cotations
•Follow the delivery (loadings, unloadings, trucks identification)
•Collaborate with department store chiefs and evaluate differences between invoiced / received
•Follow the payment of carriers invoices
3- Responsible for performing import duties and required documents
•Track the evolution of legislative and other measures affecting the operations of import / export;
•Establish contact with the custom commissioners from the geographical area where the imported goods have to arrive;
•Prepare documents for the imported products for which we have to pay excise duties;
•Draw up the necessary documents in the process of customs formalities clearance (translation documents, editing various statements);
•Calculate customs duties and follow payments;
•Draw up the Intrastat statements for internal acquisitions and forward them to the National Institute of Statistics;
•In case of exports draws documents necessary for custom clearance and for the shipment of products;
