RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Overall purpose:
Reporting to the Production Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for coordination of all maintenance activities in the plant including, preventative and predictive maintenance troubleshooting, repairs.
Main Responsibilities
• Supervise the maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment including HVAC, chillers, mechanical & pressure systems, electrical distribution, UPS, lighting, electric motors, pumps, ventilating fans and electrical control units as needed;
• Works collaboratively within the operations team to establish and maintain standard process and operating procedures and also to support the production schedule and ensure daily through-put metrics are achieved;
• Identify and implement preventive maintenance programs for all production equipment;
• Create, manage, track and report preventive maintenance schedule on plant equipments;
• Ensure technical assistance on all maintenance aspects and provide periodically reports
• Supervise the activity of maintenance technicians as well as staff contractors involved in facility projects requiring external assistance;
• Evaluate the performance of maintenance personnel and provide frequent detailed reports and metrics;
• Develop and update specific procedures and work instructions for the maintenance and equipments operation;
• Liase with suppliers for all equipment on the performance of equipments;
• Responsible to obtain and update all technical documentation from suppliers and keeping these in controllable way;
• Update the documentation certifying executed technical revisions and repair works;
• Participate in acceptance activities of revised/ repaired equipment;
• Utilize the tools of Six Sigma to help to manage the improvement of maintenance processes in support of business objectives;
• Responsible for the safety of self and others.
Requirements:
• University degree in Engineering, preferable in Automation field;
• At least three years of experience in maintenance area;
• Very Good English command (reading, speaking, written);
• PC Skills: Excel, Word, Power Point, AutoCAD, SAP would be an advantage;
• Experience in heavy manufacturing would be an asset;
• Very good knowledge about industrial automations as well as mechanical and electrical;
• Working knowledge on TPM, TPS, and 5S.
