Buyer (Specialist Aprovizionare)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

a. KNOWLEDGE
- purchasing process knowledge, suppliers analysis, negotiation, contract follow-up, planning and forecast, raw material flow, stock management, oil& gas equipments, products;
- English language, advanced level;
- PC knowledge: MS Office, SAP

b. EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
- Technical University degree, preferable in Oil& Gas equipments;

c. SKILLS
- Integration: team-working, adaptability, flexibility, tolerance;
- Communication: written/ spoken, persuasion, presentation & negotiation;
- Organization & planning;
- Intellectual: analytical thinking, initiative, creativity;

d. EXPERIENCE
- min. 1 year

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Market surveys to identify the (raw) material suppliers;
- Contracts negotiation, closing and follow up within approved authority limit considering the quality, price and delivery terms;
- For new material item - issue minimum 3 RFQs then prepare the cost analysis, based on the
quotations received to meet the most important conditions: best price, best delivery term, best quality of product or service.
- update SAP System with future prices,vendor score cards, suppliers and lead-time;
- weekly follow up on Purchase Orders;
- establish the unconformities and contractual terms breaking together with the suppliers
- ensure closings of quality complaints cases, in order to have a clear and fair relationship with
suppliers and records this information for being used during negotiations;
- responsible for the safety of self and others;
- utilize the Six Sigma tools.
