| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering or related area
- 3 years of relevant IT Support experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows technologies (Windows Server 2008, desktop OS (XP and Vista), SQL server, Exchange server)
- Linux experience
- Good knowledge of LAN technologies. Cisco qualification(s) would be desirable, however knowledge, interest and awareness of Cisco products is essential
- Good troubleshooting and problem solving capabilities
- Very good interpersonal and verbal communication skills and the ability to generate strong and lasting relationships with our customers
- Ability and willingness to learn and use new technology
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Responsabilities
- Requires the ability to take full ownership and control of an issue without supervision, to develop and maintain excellent relationships with all our customers and partners, and to help in continuously improving the support service to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Reports to Technical Manager
- Provide operations support to ensure client's applications and infrastructure are available as per Service Level agreements
- Installing, configuring and managing computer systems and network equipment
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
- Resolving Incidents and Problems both directly from customers and through Technical Escalation
- Attending customer sites to perform support tasks and post installation hand over
- Prioritizing and managing several open cases at one time
- Establishing a good working relationship with other professionals (e.g., contract businesses) in order to provide technical support
