| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
University Degree in Civil Engineering;
At least 3 years experience in purchasing field, preferably in a execution company (technical department);
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, dynamic, self-initiative and team player
Strong knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD, ability to organize databases;
English proficiency.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Position Summary:
The Purchasing Specialist for Constructions will be part of the Purchasing department together with the purchasing specialists for electrical and mechanical installations.
The Purchasing Specialist for Constructions will report to Technical Director and will be responsible for purchasing of materials and services for office, retail and residential projects.
Responsibilities:
Assimilates and fully understands the purpose of the investment projects, the solutions given by the designer and how they influence the total cost of the project
Develops a database with suppliers and unitary prices for materials, equipments and services
Analyzes the designs, extracts the bill of quantities and asks for offers in the market
Gathers, analyzes, evaluates offers and determines the short list of suppliers
Negotiates contracts following the internal procurement procedures and regulations
Offers technical and commercial support for concluding the contracts
Follows up the payments towards providers
Works closely with the project team (Project Manager and Construction Coordinator) to meet the projects objectives
