| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Self initiative with motivation and ownership mentality to build for the future.
- The capability to understand technical aspects of products.
- Should have enough experience to sound credible at top management level in various business areas
- Proven capacity to develop long term relationships with clients based on trust and ability to deliver upon commitments
- Should be an effective communicator and presenter (& budget presentation).
- Very good negotiations skills.
- Clear track record in selling sizeable (e.g. larger than 1 MEUR), consulting projects and/or outsourcing deals
- Reputation as an effective business operator and delivery of results
- Good command of English language
- The candidate should be able to quickly become familiar with company's products, capabilities, offerings, internal organization, key people and processes.
