CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

Mission
The main purpose of the job is to manage the image of our products from the insulation range, to take actions in the investment market and among the design offices. The role has been created in response to growing market demand for the range of products. The key tasks are to support existing dealers and search for and appoint new ones to get built a network of distributors .


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

Requirements :
- At least 3 years successful sales experience in local sales, ideally in the buildings material sector. An experience in the insulation sector is a plus.
- Experience in the investment market and in cooperation with designers
- Trustworthy with strong interpersonal, communication and presentation abilities.
- Good organization abilities with excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Dynamic, effective team coupled with the ability to work under pressure.
- Open minded, flexible and target-oriented
- Aged between 30 and 40
- Fluent in English.
- IT knowledge (Microsoft Office, ???)
- Ready for frequent travelling inside the country (driving license)

DESCRIEREA COMPANIEI:

We are an international company specialized in the development, the production and the distribution of thermoplastic foam products. The fields of application of our products are Insulation, Interior Decoration, Packaging, Leisure and Industrial Appliances. Depending on the type of products, we sell our products through the traditional distribution channels (wholesalers/distributors), DIY or to industrial customers. We have 8 production entities and 15 sales offices in Europe and a workforce of 1000 people.
