| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
For a WAITER:
- Experience in the Restaurant / Banqueting field for at least 1 year;
- Waiter qualification diploma;
- Very good knowledge of the English Language;
- Customer oriented;
- Pleasent appearance;
- Enjoys working in a team;
- Positive attitude towards guests and colleagues.
For HOSTESS:
- Experience in the field;
- Very good knowledge of the English Language;

- Pleasent appearence. | RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
For a Restaurant / Banqueting Waiter, the responsabilities are:
- Mise en Place and Food Preparation
- Being attentive to Guests
- Accurately and promptly fulfil Guests requests
- Demonstrate a ‘service’ attitude
- Assist with receiving and storage of goods
- Clean and maintain equipment and premises
- Maintain hygienic standards and procedures
- Assist with the preparation of functions and service
- Billing procedures in line with hotel policy
- Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships
- Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled.
As a HOSTESS you should:
- Welcome the guest at the Restaurant's entrance in a warm manner;
- Accompany the guest to the table;
- Serving drinks;
- Respect and apply the standards in the Restaurant;
- Keep a positive attitude and service toward the guests;
