• Payroll calculation knowledge, performing bonus calculation;
• Able to process complete monthly closings and submit analysis of deviations to the management and to the mother company located in Germay;
• Able to submit all declarations to the local authorities – monthly, quaterly and yearly;
• Able to develop company’s budget (balance sheet, profit&loss, cash flow);
• Able to perform half yearly and yearly closings and submit reports to the local authorities;
• Cost rates calculation – based on cost center accounting;
• Weekly cash management;
• Capital expenditure budgeting and tracking on project level;
• Inventories control;
• Analysis on all reporting items (sales, labor costs, amortization, other costs) in comparison to the budget and the previous month;
• Having worked with local accounting software ARSOFT is a plus;
• Authorised Accountant Certification

sediul în Seligenstadt, Germania.
Afacerea de familie are succes datorită experienţei vaste
şi îndelungate în proiectarea şi fabricarea sistemelor de
protecţie pentru maşini-unelte. Înca din 1977, am produs la
sediul nostru din Germania burdufe pentru maşini-unelte.
Astăzi, compania îşi desfaşoară o activitate multinaţională
în mai multe sedii de producţie fi ind integrate într-o reţea de
desfacere globală.
Programul de produse extins în mod consecvent, cuprinde
astăzi un portofoliu larg de produse din cele trei domenii
principale ale sistemelor de protecţie: sisteme de protecţie
culisante, sisteme de prindere pneumatice, şi discuri şi ferestre
rotative pentru protecţie maşini-unelte.
Locaţia ARAD
În Arad Hema produce înca din 1990. Procesul de producţie a fost implementat şi îmbunătăţit continuu cu ajutorul colegilor
noştri experimentaţi din fabrica din Germania (sediul
principal). S-a început în 2007 cu planifi carea mutării sediului
într-un spaţiu de producţie modern în zona industrială
din Arad, care s-a inaugurat la sfârşitul anului 2007.
