FINANCE MANAGER / CONTROLLER

You are a practical and proactive, highly driven, professional demonstrating a track record of achievement in an industrial environment and possess highly developed analytical and communication skills. With your background in finance and accounting, assertive nature and leadership capability, you will be empowered to build the company’s finance function and implement the necessary controls to support the growth expected for this company.

You will have an educational background in finance, with 2-3 years of business experience.
The ideal candidate has a background in a high volume manufacturing environment.

Must speak English fluently. Speaking Hungarian is an advantage.

Tasks and responsibility

1. Maintain the relationship with the suppliers and clients
2. Maintain relations with external accountant, auditors and banks
3. Analyse results and be part of coming up with proposed solutions
4. Support to the management
5. Participate in preparation of Annual Operating Plan
6. Ensure legality of financial operations
7. Take financial decisions with respect to the Co’s Financial Handbook
8. Set-up and implement improvement programs
9. Inform management about financial developments within Co’
10. Ensure the financial management under all conditions
11. Reporting to the Dutch mother company
12. Cash management
