CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

Person Profile:

Experience – Essential

• Excellent French written and oral skills.
• Good English skills
• Service Centre or Customer Service environment experience.
• Experience within Knowledge Management an advantage.
• Very good IT Knowledge.

Experience – Desirable

• University degree preferred.

Personal Qualities:

• Good communication skills.
• The ability to use initiative, whilst working on their own with minimum supervision is essential.
• Administration skills.
• Team player with the ability to build relationships with both colleagues and external clients.


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

Adecco recruits for its client, a multinational company from IT field a Knowledge Manager.

Role

The main responsibilities of the Knowledge Manager are:

• Ensuring knowledge is created, authenticated and approved in accordance with the knowledge management process.
• Management of existing and new knowledge documents.
• Promotion of training of the knowledge management tool.
• Monthly reporting of the knowledge management tool.
• Providing accuracy and consistency of knowledge.
• Building and maintaining effective working relationships with Customers Knowledge Managers.
• Developing and maintaining an understanding of the Customers’ service requirements.
• Maintaining up to date Knowledge Management work instructions and procedures.
• Assisting in the development of Knowledge Managers within the Service Centre.

All documents must be submitted in English.
