Senior Support Engineer

We are looking for hard working senior level support engineer with minimum 3 years of experience

You must be:
-Self motivated and reliable.
-Able to take initiative to learn and retain knowledge about our services.
-Good organizer - able to coordinate and facilitate tasks.
-Experienced in working with international clients.
-Proactive
-Team player

-Have very good communication skills
-Have the ability to demonstrate pacience, even in the most trying of circumstances.
-Must use a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences, including non-technical.
-Always projects a professional and polished image that inspires confidence and trust.
-Present complex technical information.
-Effectively work with US team.
-Provide expert level support for customers located worldwide.

Team leading/management experience required
