| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Education: University Degree, preferably related to business and / or marketing from leading Romanian school.
Experience:Multi / cross function background (marketing / trade marketing, sales, finance / cash collection). Min. 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG / services/OTC business
Experience in a similar position is an advantage
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Maintain a strong relationship with the marketing and sales functions to support development of trade strategy, merchandising programs, presentations and trade marketing materials.
• Negotiate and close contracts with the national specific retail chains for the portfolio and oversee proper implementation of the set conditions and all financial aspects of the agreements. Build and maintain a strong relationship with the major national specific retail chains.
• Support the manager in the development of all chain specific promotional programs and materials (at the tactic level). Align the company’s Point of Sale and In-Store strategies with those of the key chains.
• Provide the business with an ongoing summary of all chain activities, including financials; provide insight into the channel development (implementation) of brand plans.
• Align stock levels and BTL / trade activities to the ATL programs, by brand & outlet, for all chains.
• Work with the sales team to ensure proper implementation and translation of product strategies into different chain strategies, incorporating specific price, promotion, range and distribution charters.
• Manage all activities within assigned budgets and evaluate effectiveness of each and all activities, by brand.
