| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
•At least 2 years experience in sales;
•University degree;
•Good knowledge of sales process / execution standards;
•Very good communication, interpersonal and team work skills,
•Coaching certification
•Result oriented, positive attitude and creativity
•Driving licence (categ B)
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
•Coordinate the training process and training programs for the sales team;
•Ensure execution of “Pepsi Way To Sell” Process;
•Provide and develop training materials and tools for the sales team and carry out the training sessions for sales team;
•Collaborate with HR Department in capabilities development process for all sales positions;
•Active role in coaching process for the sales force: periodically involved in Work With program and provide accurate feedback;
•Coordinate the certification process for the sales force.
