| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Good communication skills - both written and spoken. Business English is a must
- Advanced sales knowledge and abilities
- Proven track record in prospecting and developing a client base
- Multilingualism would be an asset, English is a must
- Aware of the business&political environment, familiar with marketing tools
- PC proficiency in windows based software including Excel, PowerPoint, MSWord and Access
- 3 years experience in sales and building an inside sales team

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Support, through fund raising, the activities of the company (specific conference sales, sponsorship etc)
- Develop and manage the sales team
- Researches and identifies potential event partners and sponsors
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Deal on a daily basis with your own portfolio of senior level clients, in order to develop the sales for the company’s conferences and events
