Sales Manager

- University Degree (a degree in Medicine or Pharmacy is an advantage);
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales manager position;
- Previous experience in the Oncology area;
- Good knowledge of marketing and sales principles;
- Knowledge on pharmaceutical environment in Romania;
- Self-initiative and proactive behavior; developed negotiation skills;
- Coaching and counseling skills;
- Effective time-management and project management;
- Fluency in English (written and verbal);
- Driving license.

- Manages the group of medical sales representatives;
- Organizes the field work and prepare implementation strategy according to agreed Sales and Marketing plan;
- Ensures product(s) sales objectives and promotional strategies are aligned with ones of the Company;
- Ensures products are available for sales in Romania as per Distributors orders;
- Proposes for approval, implement and track commercial strategies in Romania;
- Keeps close relationships with key stakeholders.
