| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
A well-motivated, dynamic and hard working individual who possesses good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively on all levels within an organization.
The successful candidate will be a proactive, results driven and energetic sales person with a proven track record of achieving targets.
University degree in technical sciences (preferably with focus in WTS or other relevant scientific discipline, MBA, Business or Marketing degrees are an advantage)
A minimum of two years experience in water treatment systems or maintenance sales.
Mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with senior executives and key opinion leaders
Perseverance, determination and clear focus on high quality representation and servicing
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication skills
Team player
Self starters who can work without strong supervision
Strong ethics and loyalty to the company
Must be proficient in English language and computer literate
Able to extend hours on occasions when required
Clean B driving license
Availability to travel throughout the country (visiting clients, developing relationships with key customers, etc.)
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Responsabilities
They key duties of the role will include:
Implement a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and budgets
Increase the market share by sales growth, gross profit contribution
Achieve Sales targets by selling the full range of service to new customers
Prepare and present monthly sales reports - including targets and prospects
Organise weekly/monthly sales call place and carry out customer site visits and investigations in order to prepare and present quotations in a timely manner
Maintain suitable records of sales activities and update database
Prepare and follow up quotations and enquiries within an agreed time-frame in order to secure business
Give technical & commercial support to clients
Prepare tenders to be sent in response to clients enquiries
Train less experienced sales engineers/ technicians if/ as applicable.
Conduct themselves in a professional manner, in accordance with relevant Company/ ISO 9001 Standards & Procedures.
Establish and maintain contacts with Key Opinion Leaders from the mentioned areas of specialty
Create long-term partnerships and professional servicing
Develop and manage a distributor network
Develop and implement product trainings for distributors and end-users
Plan, develop and manage the implementation of the marketing activities related to the assigned portfolio, including the development of marketing strategies, advertising, promotion and sales objectives
Initiate, organize and attend strategic marketing events for presenting assigned products, solutions and programs.
