Required:
Educated to Degree or equivalent level in an Engineering discipline
Experience working within a demanding field Sales role in a relevant process sector or closely related industrial or commercial field.
Good English speaking.
Have a excellent interpersonal & communication skills and be a proven team player
Ability to interpret information and produce reports
Demonstrable experience of using initiative and working to deadlines as well as being target driven
Full clean driving licence
Preferred:
Detailed knowledge of one or more of the following fields Refining, Petrochemical, Chemical processing, Pulp & Paper, Power Generation and Utilities industries
Experience of using Microsoft Office word processing and spreadsheet packages. | RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
JOB PURPOSE:
The Sales Engineer has full responsibility to beat the defined TTC Romania sales budget whilst seeking the highest possible EBIT (Earnings before Interest & Tax), by maintaining and growing business through existing customer base, by identifying and securing projects, by accelerating sales growth with new customers and channels.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Identify and secure new turn key (EPC-Engineering, Procurement and Construction) business opportunities and clients in Romania.
• Maintain existing client relationships by promoting new products and services.
• Promote new innovative solutions to both existing and new clients including end users, consultants and other stakeholders via frequent direct customer visits.
• Work together with existing external and internal sales team to meet and exceed established budgets (EBIT +Sales revenue)
• Identify projects in the Industrial and Commercial market and secure strong specifications, making full use of company project lead system, maintaining and updating the regional project list;
• Deliver seminars at key customer groups throughout the region on a defined basis;
• Co-operate with project execution team to optimise client relationships, project revenue and –profitability.
• Maintain project list and follow up on all open sales quotations. Secure new business with close co-operation with supporting project teams.
• Provide management with sales forecasts, sales budgets, and reports on project activity, competitor activities and other market generated activities.
• Report competitor activities, review regional threats, consider any hurdles to success and propose an action plan to overcome;
• Provide regular updates to the customer database;
• Be vigilant concerning expenses and ensure best practice at all times. | DESCRIEREA COMPANIEI:
