SALES ENGINEER HVAC (Cod 02)

She/He is reporting to the Segment Manager.
Candidates must be qualified to minimum BSC level and have a sound background in a sales environment (HVAC) .
Other key attributes are entrepreneurship, drive, commercial awareness, and strong communication skills.
Willingness to travel intensively in Romania together with a strong self-organizing ability will be mandatory requirements for the candidate

Has the skills to sell the value of our products and services.
To develop and maintain sales and customer relationships.
Actively involved in spotting new customers and projects.
Develops a highly effective channel network
Sets & negotiates prices in accordance with the defined pricing policies
Analyses, develops and implements marketing and sales strategies.
Follows alternative solutions and products from competitors.
Participates and/or organises customer seminars and education programs.
Initiates and coordinates marcom activities.
The position involves a certain amount of travelling over the country.

The position is based in Bucharest.
