Sales Coordonator

The successful candidate must be a confident goal oriented, already experienced sales professional in the Romanian auto spare parts market. He should possess proven leadership and analytical capabilities, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills as well as excellent follow-up and organizational skills. We require minimum 3 years experience as Sales Agent in spare parts market; university degree; good working knowledge of MS Office and familiar with electronic catalogues of auto spare parts; clean driving license and ability for travel; good command of English and native Romanian speaker; willing to make a "long-term" commitment - no career-jumper. The position requires a combination of technical knowledge about the products with commercial talent and administrative skills.

You will be based in Bucharest and responsible for the achievement of sales plan and increase of company sales volume in the country, as well as developing the number of active clients. In addition, you will identify the market opportunities and evaluate market trends, potential and competition. You will be responsible for the selection, training, development and supervising of a team of sales representatives. Conduct regular coaching and counseling with Sales team to build motivation and selling skills. Maintains contact with major clients in the market to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
