General Purpose
Responsible for short term and mid term headcount planning and execution.

Key Tasks and Objectives:
- responsible for AtO related KPIs improving e.g. OTD, and headcount utilization, overtime
- looking for solution for AtO related procedures and processes improving
- lead improving activities (Kaizen) or participate this processes
- collect data and ideas for improving
- close connection with managers, leaders and other departments
- lead improving projects
- fact based communication with other departments and production
- show good behavior and work
- participate Factory level project
- if needed deputy CI Specialist collage
- keeps and ensuring keeping of security and work safety regulations, reporting deviances
- acts as role model in behavior and work
- ensures 5S kept in the company area
- follows up the changes of elements related to this job description and adapts to them
