CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

Requirements:
University degree
5 years HR Generalist experience in operational
and administrative HR management
exposure to international environment
fluent written and spoken English skills, German is a plus
proficient in all office applications
excellent relationship building, communication
and conflict management skills
practical hands-on and can-do attitude
in-depth understanding of applicable employment
law
leadership and organizational skills
ability to work under deadlines and capable of
responding to stressful situations (multi-task)
commitment to deliver high quality, timely results

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Point of contact for the business on all HR related topics
- supporting and consulting the business in all
operational and strategic HR topics
- involvement in HR related projects
- handling of labor law issues
- perform and advise with respect to contract
negotiations (e.g. entries, leavers, promotions)
- handling of international employee transfers
Management of recruiting processes
- development of appropriate recruiting measures
- execution of candidate selection
- conducting interviews
- perform and advise contract negotiations
Implement Training & Development measures
- development of appropriate training measures
- preparation & organization of training sessions
- interface to business and external providers
Supervision of all Payroll and Compensations & Benefits topic
- supervise all necessary payroll activities
- providing expert advise on C & B related questions
