FINANCIAL CONTROLLER, Location: Bucharest (COD: FCN)

Our client is US Multinational Company, operating in the specialty maintenance chemicals sector.

Requirements:
- University degree (Finance, Accountancy)
- Minimum 2 years experience in financial controlling
- Certified accountant
- Good knowledge of local and international accounting standards (US GAAP)
- Excellent command (written / oral) of the English language
- Solid analytic skills and very good ability to use the modern tools (spreadsheets, database programs)
- Focus on performance and development
- Self confidence and willing to take initiatives in an evolving organization
- High level of communication

- Prepare the budget according to the planning schedule at business segment level
- Follow up the cash flow’s budget execution and capital allocation among projects
- Ensures compliance with local statutory requirements and application of company policies
- Coordinate the activity of the chief accountant
- Participate actively major cross departmental projects (business plans, due diligence activities for target companies, design and implementation of different business tools)
- Prepare monthly and yearly follow-up reports and forecasts for the Regional Finance Manager
- Supervise managerial accounting in order to ensure proper classification of transactions according to the profit/cost centers
- Participate to development of this function, in the same time with activities’ documentation (budgeting book, internal procedures, etc.) that should be in the same rhythm with the current activity
