FINANCIAL ANALYST, Location: Cluj-Napoca

Responsibilities:

- Participate in establishing Divisional Budgets and Analyzing performance through the year
- Preparation of Management Presentations for Core Team, Europe Team and US customers
- Work closely with Indian FBO team on all analysis functions
- Development of reporting tools in cooperation with internal/external support resources
- Support Monthly closing processes and analysis of forecast upsides/risks
- Financial reporting, ensuring timely and accurate compliance with all reporting
requirements
- Provide routine and ad-hoc analysis as required by Divisional Management

- Strong financial and analytical skill
- Experience with Business Systems including Oracle, JDE, Hyperion
- Sound knowledge of Project Accounting
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Adept at working with multiple cultures, additional European languages a plus
- 3+ years of analysis experience
- Strong team player with drive for results
- Qualified Accountant with University Degree
