COST CONTROLLER, Location: Arad

Our client is a leading manufacturer in the automotive industry, with more than 70 years of experience in designing, engineering and manufacturing of electrical and electronic distribution systems.
Requirements:
- Economic studies degree or Technical University degree
- 2 to 3 years qualification experience in multinational industry
- English proficiency - advanced level.
- Ability to manage large data sets with a high degree of accuracy
- Good automotive production background.
- Excel proficiency - advanced level
- Very good communication skills
- Team spirit

- Compiles costs (materials, labor and overhead) for new sub assemblies & finished goods
- Performs monthly cost analysis including the allocation of overheads
- On request for quotation (RFQ) checks BOM, buy material & components sourcing and cost, production process conditions
- On RFQ, calculates and submits YCT Quotation, On RFQ checks product specification & target cost
- Propose cost improvements schemes
- For all engineering changes, checks engineering change contents, its background and calculates cost impact, tracks cost transition
- Twice per year updates buy material & component prices, price calculation for the finished goods, calculation result review, compare result vs forecast volume, and calculate unpaid/overpaid depreciation amount
- Yearly settles standard production volume (Result or Forecast), calculates expenses for standard production volume, calculates charges, fixed figures
for quotation, calculation result review
- Monthly updates common expenses allocation standard
