CANDIDATUL IDEAL: Our client is a leading manufacturer in the automotive industry, with more than 70 years of experience in designing, engineering and manufacturing of electrical and electronic distribution systems.
Requirements:
- University graduate
- Fluency in English
- Experience in a similar position
- MS Office proficiency
- High communication and organization skills, open, flexible
- Other foreign languages (eq. Japanese) as advantage
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII: - Interface for daily communication with outside (by phone, email, fax)
- Organize and fulfill on daily basis of all courier/post activities in all departments
- Edit, monitors and maintain the data base for all the visitors within the company
- Organizes all the connected activities related to the visitors within the company
- Monitors all meeting rooms within the company and makes sure they are equipped with all necessary office materials
- Organize meetings
- Administrates agenda and orders all consumable materials for GM department
- Gives support in flights and train tickets booking activities
- Gives support to all departments in copying and binding documents
