CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent BRITISH ENGLISH is MANDATORY !!!
C.A.E or C.P.E. certificate would be an advantage.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The Quality Control Agent responsiblities are to call our clients in the UK in order to confirm client details, ensure that the data we have on file is accurate, provide clients with any additional information that they require and make sure that quality standards set by our company are met.
