CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
university graduate; minimum 3 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a multinational company; very good knowledge of Romanian accounting and tax regulations; experience in international financial reporting; very good command of English; very good command of Ms Office Applications; multinational company experience is an asset; being a proactive team player with analytical thinking; strong presentation / communication skills and accomplishing due deadlines are strong assets |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The relevant candidate will be responsible for all workflow in the accounting and reporting departments: coordinating tax issues; preparing, controlling and regulating the accounting items; operating and controlling staff employment operations (salary, insurance, compensations); preparing and analyzing monthly and quarterly reporting package according to US GAAP; control of intercompany reconciliations; preparing annual budgets; relations with banks |
