They are one of the main players in their different segments of activity, most relevant being the production and sales of heaters and air conditioners for all kinds of vehicles. The company’s exclusive scope is B2B (business to business) – OE manufacturers and aftermarket likewise. They have several thousand employees worldwide and have been active on the Romanian market with a small team of approx. 10 people for some years now. Business Development & Sales Manager
Requirements:
• University degree: Preferably in Business Administration with a strong technical background or in Engineering with a good sense of business (“Sales Engineer”)
• Proven track record in selling top of the range technical products, preferably in the automotive industry
• Good sense of business, proactive and dynamic person
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to take decisions
• Good organisational and planning skills
• Willing to travel all over Romania
• Good command of English; German would be a plus
• Good PC Skills
• Driving licence B
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII: • Assure profitable growth of the company
• Search for new customers – especially among transport authorities, fleet owners, vehicle importers and producers – and develop prosperous business relations with them
• Efficient and growth oriented management of existing customer relations
• Continuous market survey, analysing and reporting
• Survey public tenders and manage the company’s or its customers' participation in them
• Make offers, take orders and monitor their fulfilment
