CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

Our Customer, a German based company, is one of Europe’s leading tires and rims distributor.
Founded more than 80 years ago, the company sells its products in 14 countries and employs more than 350 people. The company stands out due to its wide range of main tire brands, its high availability of products and its high performance logistics.
Our customer entered the Romanian market at the beginning of 2009, and runs its own warehouse in Piteşti.
Now the company would like to extend its Romanian team to support its growth strategy.

For our client’s Romanian Headquarters in Piteşti we are looking for a

Sales Manager

Requirements:
• Proven track record of at least five years in selling automotive or related products, ideally tires.
• Ideally first experience in leading (sales) teams
• Dynamic, proactive
• Professional, customer and result oriented approach,
• Willingness to travel
• Computer Literacy
• Good command of English, German would be a plus
• Driver’s license


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

• Plan, implement and control the company’s sales activities
• Lead and develop the sales team
• Continuously monitor and analyze the market and report the development to the regional management for CEE
• Identify new customers and sales opportunities
• Customer Relationship management with certain accounts
• Report to the local and regional management

Though our customer’s headquarters is in Piteşti we are looking forward to candidates’ applications from other cities, that are not too far away and will allow the future employee to visit regularly the head office.
