TECHNOLOGIST

- Degree in Food Engineering / Food Sciences;
- High standard of English and PC- compulsory;
- Min 3 years experience in a similar position (in food industry) with an international exposure - multinational company;
- Professional training suitable for quality assurance;
- Good communication skills, ready to work under pressure, happy to be part of a start-up.

Complete responsibility over the technology aspects of the products, from the beginning of the development process (including idustrial trials), the process of manufacturing on line and up to the marketing stage.

Responsibilities:
- Supervision over manufacture process and C.I.P process in accordance with the technological requirements and HACCP, ISO and GMP instructions;
-Defining use of raw materials, cleanning and disinfectant materials in the production lines, from procedures and work instructions;
- Responsible for current supervision of technical irregularities during the process and bacteriological and chemicals anomalies (in accordance with quality assurance);
- Dealing with consumer and customer complaints in cooperation with quality control;
writing down the procedures and work instructions for the entire process of the production line;
- Recording finla details of the product;
- Responsible for attending to every fault or irregularity in production specifications, both work in progress and completed work, while reporting on the procedures;
- Setting the technical parameters in the dairy;
- Rejecting / approving the product in the production stage, in consultation with the relevant authorities;
- Taking corrective and preventive measures and follow up afterwards on the above occurrences.
