Maintenance Manager / Engineering Manager

Requirements:
- Greaduated in Bsc Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical);
- Fluently in English;
- Courses in food, staff management, project management, MS Project, Office, Control Procedures;
- Proven experience in a similar position with an international exposure;
- Ability to manage workers, to train operators;
- Ability to negotiate with supplyers;
- Aware of good services;
- Experience in authomatic filling machines and steam / refrigerator;
- Charismatic and good leader;

- Planning and supervising maintenance in the company;
- Consultant to management of dairy in technical - engineering capacity;
- Manager of installations and technical department;
- Handling engineering projects;

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for current operations in dairy maintenance and for acquisition of new equipment;
- Responsible professionaly for different technical activities;
- Communicating with maintenance sub-contractors;
- Preparing and implementing comapny maintenance policies;
- Contact with suppliers of equipment both locally and abroad;
- Implementing programs and testing ISO (equipment inspection);
- Receiving and learning the technical documentations, manuals, hand-books of the equipments;
- Preparing the list of spare parts and spare parts policy;
- Ready to build the maintenance staff;
- Support and manage technical projects in the dairy.

The position will be subordinated to COO (Chief Operational Officer).
