LABORATORIES MANAGER

Graduated the Chemistry / Biochemistry / Food Technology;
Good command of English language and PC - compulsory;
Min 3 years experience in the management of a laboratory in the food industry / medicines;
Experience and strong knowledge of Chemistry and Microbiology;
Good communication skills, ready to work under pressure and to be part of a start-up, a team-player, flexible, etc

Manager and supervisor of all general activities in the laboratories.
- Managing the team of chemistry and bacteriology laboratory operators;
- Setting up a system of management and work instructions for laboratories;
- Maintaining contact with networks, overseas parties and head office dealing with laboratories;
- Managing team of operators in the chemistry and bacteriology laboratories;
- Planning and carrying out training and qualification of operators in the chemistry nad bacteriology laboratories;
- Controlling the receipt and inspection of raw material, cleaning materials, auxilliary materials and packaging;
- Establishing methods, work procedures and inspection for the laboratory and for production in the line with the regulations of Romania and the EU;
- Detailed reporting of irregularities as required by work instructions;
- Examination of the shelf-life of products;
- Managing requisite testing of raw milk for manufacturers, follow-up systems and tracking the history of tests for different manufacturers.
