| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
We expect all candidates to have good creative and design abilities and be proficient in written and spoken English.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
***Junior developers will have 1 - 2 years experience of creating websites for X browser support, They will be proficient in some or all of the following - HTML, Macromedia toolset, Javascript / VB script, PHP and MySQL..
***We would expect Senior developers to have additional attributes such as: a good understanding of HTTP protocol, an ability to configure Apache web servers, Linux, object oriented programming, e-commerce and content management systems.
***We are also specifically looking for an individual(s) who is exceptionally skilled in Flash, advanced actionscript and XML. and has a high level of creativity/ design flair. We have a number of high profile clients in this field and our work is leading edge so only a candidate(s) with a high level of proficiency is likely to be successful.
We are looking for people with initiative who can fit in to an established team and who are willing to develop their skills through self learning. For more senior positions, experience of leading a team would be beneficial.
