Communication Specialist

Specific qualifications will include:

University degree (preferably in the field of, PR, Marketing, Psychology, Journalism, Communication Sciences);
Very good communication skills (oral comprehension and expression, and effectively writing);
Excelent presentation skills (certified experience as trainer is a plus);
Experience in IT industry could be a plus;
Knowledge of the media environment;
Excelent English language skills;
Innovative and creative;
Adaptable and flexible.

Our future colleague will have to:

Come up with creative ideas that will enhance The Red Point’s image;
Study the objectives, promotional policies and organization’s needs to develop public relations strategies;
Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with representatives of community, consumers, employees and public interest groups;
Consult with advertising agencies or staff to arrange promotional campaigns in all types of media;
Research, write and sell in news releases;
Develop and produce publications;
Liasing with other areas of the company to develop ideas, gather information to respond to media enquiries;
Perform presentations and oral communications, including TV appearances;
Develop a strong formal and informal network for obtaining and disseminating information;
Assist in developing/implementing special events;
Monitor publics’ attitudes/opinion, including media reactions;
Monitor official information sources concerning goverment policies, political changes, UE’s interest programs, local authorities measures, etc;
Monitor internal communication and the information coming from top management towards company’s employees.
