Assistant Manager

Specific qualifications will include:

University degree
Experience in working on a similar position (it could be a plus the experience within an IT software company)
Excellent MS Office knowledge
Good English language skills
Flexible and efficiently working under stress
Excellent communication skills (both internally and externally)
Availability to travel
Driving license B category

Our future colleague will have to:

Manage the office administrative needs from Bucharest
Ensure the protocol for the meetings with the clients at the headquarter from Bucharest
Provide administrative support in order to ensure effective and efficient operations
Look after the integrity of all the office’s goods from Bucharest
Organize files, documents and other important information in the company
Ensure on time delivery of all administrative documents
Ensure a good comunication flow between the headquarters from Iasi and Bucharest
Maintain a good relationship with all the company’s clients
