Shop Manager

1. Committed to selling and identifying any means to the word "sell";
2. Previous experience of working with a "luxury" service, brand or concept is a must;
3. Strong market knowledge of "who" the target audience will be;
4. Innovative marketing and sales concepts to to make the brand well known within the target consumer group;
5. Solid networking experience;
6. Ability to communicate at "all levels" irrespective of financial position or relationship to the business;
7. Ability to manage a team and create a strong bond and image consistent with the brand - professional and luxurious.

The role of the Shop Manager is to identify the tastes and habits of the clients, to ensure that they are fully informed whilst ensuring all new product lines are passively marketed through the network.

1. Prepare marketing materials for the product lines;
2. Display all merchandise in an attractive and effective manner;
3. Identify the needs of clients and provide realistic solutions;
4. Develop strong relations with customers;
5. Monitor the competition - prices, line and availability;
6. Ensure that the sales assistants are fully trained and briefed;
7. Knowledge of the market - trends, styles, celebrities and news.
