CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- minimum 7 year experience in the HR field
- minimum 3 years experience in a similar position, in a company with more than 1500 employees
- University degree in psychology, business, law or IT
- MBA diploma is a plus
- knowledge of MS Office package
- proficiency in English
- the ability to adapt rapidly to changing situations
- organizing abilities
- the ability to delegate specific tasks
- knowledge and experience in elaborating HR budgets
- stress resistance

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Elaborates and implements HR strategies, policies and procedures
- Identifies the company's personnel needs and ensure staff planning
- Manages, tracks, trains and retains needed competencies
- Advises CEO on remuneration, performance appraisal and other HR policies
- Ensures compliance with all Romanian legal labor regulations and company's code of ethics.
- Establishes and administrates the HR budget
- Analyses the employees fluctuation, the jobs distribution in accordance with the company structure
