Rodipet is currently looking for a Chief Finanncial Officer If you are one of those who want to be a success in their professional life,if You know how to recognize where your career is today and where you want it to be in a given period of time then you are welcomed to apply. -THE JOB: We’re seeking a results oriented CFO to manage the company’s strategic financial program and day-to-day financial accounting and reporting activities Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Cash & Sales, Facilities Accounting, Operations Accounting, Accounts Payable ,etc - Designs and implements new fiscal procedures and controls. - Prepares and interprets budgets and financial reports for Management and Board - Arranges and manages regularly scheduled audits of Company\'s accounts. - Establishes and manages return criteria for all capital expenditures (acquisitions, new restaurants, successors, major remodels) including evaluation of appropriate discount rates and performance hurdles - Directs acquisition analysis and presents recommendations on valuations to CEO and Board. Participates in due diligence during valuation process. - Directs cash forecasting process, making necessary recommendations to Executive Team. - Work with senior management to assess and change current financial and operational reporting practices to ensure consistent, accurate and timely reporting. Required Experience or Degree(s) - Diploma in Business or Accounting and a CPA. - MBA is preferred - 4 years of financial and accounting leadership experience. Qualifications: - Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as effective presentation skills. - Demonstrated ability to multi-task and successfully manage and execute multiple projects, and processes simultaneously. - Proficient PC experience with business and database applications - In depth knowledge of technology in a business environment. - Possess exceptional leadership, creative thinking, cognitive problem solving, management and organizational skills. - Thorough understanding of retail/restaurant point of sale systems. - Experience in managing accounting system and financial reporting environments.
