Assistent Manager

The successful candidate must have:

- university degree;
- at least 2 years work experience in a similar position;
- excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills;
- capacity of prioritizing tasks, keeping deadlines and multitasking;
- high motivation, professionalism and personal initiative;
- fluency in English (both written and spoken);
- German knowledge will be an asset;
- PC knowledge: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer;
- available for overtime work when needed.

We are looking for a self motivated Assistant for our General Manager. The main duties that our future colleague will accomplish are:

- handling the General Manager agenda;
- daily secretarial tasks: answering and redirecting incoming phone calls, taking and delivering correspondence, filling documents; receiving the clients/business partners and assuring the protocol;
- translating of documents and business correspondence from/into English as needed;
- taking minutes of the meetings;
- administrating the e-mail address office@rematholding.ro
- organizing business trips, booking plane/hotel tickets;
- organizing events such as celebration parties, Christmas party, etc.
