QA Engineer/Software Tester

• Bachelors degree(Faculty of Automatic Control and Computers, or equivalent);
• 1-2 year commercial experience in software testing;
• Ability to work on his/her own or under close supervision
• Ability and desire to learn new tools, technologies, systems and others
• Ability to understand and interpret product specifications
• Good problem solving and diagnostic skills
• Experience working with bug-tracking applications
• Excellent communication skills
• Client oriented
• Has initiative
• Fast learner
• Testing experience with billing applications
• Deep understanding of a RDBMS (preferable Oracle), SQL, PL/SQL;
Foreign Languages:The ideal candidate must be fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Advantage: working experience in multinational teams/companies;
• Knowledge of Infranet (Portal)
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux operating system
• Shell/Perl scripting is a plus

• Will make sure the project meets the quality expectations of the end-user and the company standards
• Will perform user, workflow and scenario testing. Sometimes this means writing test applications and making sure that the API is working as intended.
• Will advocate for the user; provide good argumentation and feedback to the development teams. Will be involved in the process of designing new features / APIs and should add value to the team on those areas.
• Will write and maintain test specifications and test scripts
• Will write and execute automated test procedures.
