CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
University Degree (engineering)
At least 2 years experience in a similar position within a production company
Fluent English
Good command MS Office
Excellent presentation, verbal and written skills
Knowledge of various training methodologies |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Coordinate the training department daily activity and the trainers's team;
Create and develop the training strategy;
Identify and assess employees training needs ;
Create and deliver training programs to meet people career development needs |
